pak97 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, User Rights & Legal Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak97," "we," "us," "our" refers to the pak97 platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed gaming operator accessible at pak97.org.
• "Platform" refers to the pak97 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services made available through pak97.org.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who creates an account on, accesses, or otherwise uses the pak97 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the pak97 Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino gaming, sports betting, promotional activities, and ancillary functions offered by pak97.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in a User's pak97 Account wallet, including any applicable bonus balance held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by pak97 to Users, subject to the bonus-specific terms set out in Section 6 and in the promotional material accompanying each offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pak97's licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policies.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is prohibited by local law or regulation, or from which pak97 has expressly excluded access.

By accessing or using any part of the pak97 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity — you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and accept the pak97 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and accept the pak97 Responsible Gaming policy;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years; and
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak97. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with pak97, you must at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pak97 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers;
• Not be accessing the Platform using any form of VPN, proxy, or other method of circumventing geographic restrictions without prior written authorisation from pak97;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

pak97 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the pak97 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts held by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pak97 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered:

• All associated Accounts will be immediately suspended or closed;
• Any winnings generated across all associated Accounts will be forfeited;
• The original deposited funds may be returned at pak97's sole discretion, subject to deduction of any applicable administrative costs;
• pak97 reserves the right to report the activity to relevant regulatory authorities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on the pak97 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak97 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other supported method) may apply their own charges independent of pak97.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the deposit screen.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak97 Account within seconds of confirmed transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits typically credit within the same business day during Pakistan Standard Time banking hours.
• pak97 accepts only deposits from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible ("source of funds" principle).
• Withdrawals are processed on a same-day basis during PKT business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification cannot process withdrawals.
• pak97 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.

pak97 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual offer terms. Sports betting bets contribute at rates specified per promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their promotional terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or wager is Rs. 500 (or the equivalent specified in the promotion), unless pak97 expressly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: pak97 does not permit the stacking of multiple simultaneous bonuses unless expressly permitted in specific promotional terms.
• Abuse Prevention: pak97 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or recalculate any bonus where it suspects abuse, exploitation, or misuse of promotional offers. Coordinated bonus abuse, use of automated tools, or collusion will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Eligibility: pak97 reserves the right to determine User eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion.

pak97 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by eligible Users at the time of modification.

All games and betting markets available on the pak97 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. These Terms are supplementary to those game-specific rules, and in any conflict, the game-specific rules take precedence for individual gameplay disputes.

The following general gaming rules apply across all pak97 services:

• Fairness: All casino games on pak97 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are accurate at the time of publication and are verified as part of the certification process.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game data error, or software failure, pak97 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and return stakes to the Users' Accounts. No winnings from technically malfunctioning games will be honoured if the malfunction materially affected the game outcome.
• Sports Betting: Settled bets are final. In-play (live betting) results are determined by official sports data providers. pak97 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where official results are disputed or unavailable.
• Currency Fluctuation: All bets, games, and transactions are denominated in PKR. pak97 bears no responsibility for any fluctuation in the value of PKR relative to other currencies.
• Connection Issues: pak97 is not liable for losses resulting from a User's internet connection failure during gameplay. Game state is recorded server-side, and your account will reflect the server-determined outcome of any interrupted session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak97 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Accessing the Platform if under the age of 21;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Engaging in coordinated play or collusion with other Users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusing any promotional offer, including but not limited to the opening of duplicate Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak97 staff or other Users.

pak97 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all Users with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity in a controlled and sustainable way. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak97 Account holders and can be accessed directly from within the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and require a 24-hour cooling period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR loss caps. When the limit is reached, further play is suspended for the remainder of the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Time-based reminders and session caps that notify Users when a pre-set play duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which you cannot deposit or place bets on pak97.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-bound self-exclusion option that closes your pak97 Account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period (minimum 6 months).

To request self-exclusion or any responsible gaming limit, access your Account settings or contact pak97 support directly at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, pak97 will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any new Accounts opened by the excluded individual.

All content on the pak97 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, images, audio, video, user interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pak97 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pak97;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer or disassemble any Platform software or technology;
• Use pak97 branding, trademarks, or trade dress for any commercial purpose;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any intellectual property rights in content you submit to pak97 (including chat messages or support correspondence) remain yours; however, by submitting such content, you grant pak97 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the operation of the Platform and our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak97, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pak97 Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, platform outages, network failures, or third-party service interruptions;
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account or data;
• Losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy of odds, game rules, or promotional information displayed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak97's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim relating to the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." pak97 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

pak97 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of data pak97 collects include registration information, transaction records, gaming history, device and browser data, and communication logs. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services.

pak97 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers engaged to support Platform operations (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game software suppliers) and with regulatory authorities where required by law or our licence obligations.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your pak97 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed or forfeited. Your real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Closure by pak97: pak97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery of underage usage or false age declaration;
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• AML/CTF compliance obligations;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from our licensing authority;
• Extended inactivity (Accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, with notification provided to the registered email address).

Upon closure of an Account under any of the prohibited conduct grounds in Section 8, pak97 reserves the right to retain all funds in that Account as compensation for losses incurred, administrative costs, and investigative expenses.

pak97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pak97 will provide notice to registered Users via the email address on file or via a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the pak97 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account as described in Section 13.

pak97 encourages all Users to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always the version published at pak97.org/terms-conditions and applies to all ongoing and future use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak97's international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified under our licensing framework.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: All disputes must first be submitted in writing to pak97 at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. pak97 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 business days, you may request escalation to a senior complaints handler. pak97 will provide a final position letter within a further 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the matter remains unresolved following pak97's final position, you may refer the dispute to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body specified under pak97's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from [email protected].

You agree to follow this dispute resolution process before initiating any legal proceedings. Filing a legal claim without exhausting the internal dispute resolution process above may be used as a factor in any subsequent legal proceedings.
